About Suzanne

Suzanne is an Infant and Family Sleep Specialist and Autism Support Consultant. She specializes in supporting families of neurodivergent children, particularly those with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), through a root-cause, neuro-affirming approach to sleep. As an AuDHD mother to two wonderful children with the PDA neurotype, she brings both professional expertise and compassionate lived experience to her work. Rather than relying on traditional behavioral methods, she helps parents understand the impact of nervous system regulation, burnout, and accommodations on their child’s ability to rest. She supports families in finding ways to incorporate more rest into their daily lives, recognizing that true sleep support goes beyond bedtime. With a focus on co-regulation, polyvagal-informed strategies, and nurturing parenting, she empowers families to create sleep solutions that truly support their child’s unique needs.
