Kristina Brannon

Kristina Brannon cares deeply about connection as it’s something that shapes both her life and her work with PDA North America. Her path into this space began through her own lived experience as a mom to an incredible AuDHD PDA daughter. That journey opened her eyes to how autism can present in females (who are often missed in diagnostic evaluations) and how often PDA is misunderstood, especially in high-masking kids in the school environment.

With a background in education, both as a teacher and HR administrator, Kristina loves teaching and empowering others. Her work in human resources naturally built on that, giving her the chance to support others and create processes that support mission-driven teams.

As a woman with late-diagnosed ADHD, she brings both personal insight and a lot of curiosity to this work. She’s especially interested in nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and understanding what’s happening beneath the surface of behavior. Iceberg analogy, anyone? You’ll usually find her listening to a podcast, halfway through a webinar, or deep into an audiobook on PDA.

Outside of work, Kristina loves a good trivia night, board games with her family, and tackling an organization project at home. She lives in Indiana with her husband, daughter, and their mini Aussiedoodle, Ollie, and feels lucky to be just down the road from her twin sister and her family. Surrounded by support is a way Kristina has managed to navigate this incredibly challenging, albeit eye-opening and humbling journey as a mom to a PDAer.

She’s supremely proud to be part of PDA North America and of a community where people feel understood.
